Meet Our Staff
Rev. Don Laing
Don was born in San Antonio, TX and grew up all over the US and Germany. During his undergraduate studies in Econ/Finance, he felt the call to ministry and was moved by Andy Stanley’s encouragement to pursue training at Dallas Theological Seminary. While studying at DTS, he accepted the call to serve at Carrollton Chinese Church and has taken the role of a youth director to lead pastor. In 2013, Don came on staff and launched the English ministry at CCCFC. He has been training and discipling the next generation leaders and devoted followers of Christ since. Don received his doctorate degree (DMin) in church planting & healthy church leadership from DTS in May 2019. Don is married to Amy, together they have 3 incredible children: Joseph, Gabriel, and Fiona. Don loves to travel, read, discover new cuisine and ski.
